At KH Building Supplies, we take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences and quality products. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund, provided the following conditions are met:
- 一般退货政策 General Return Policy
- 大多数商品（不包括下文列出的例外情况）可在购买后14天内进行退换，前提是商品保持原始状态、原包装完整，并附有原始购买凭证。
- 退款将原路退回至原支付方式。
- Most items (excluding exceptions listed below) can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition, with original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- 退货费用 Return Fees
- 除因凯辉建材方面失误导致的退货外，退货运费由客户自行承担。
- 若整笔订单全部退货，可能会收取10%的手续费。具体例外情况详见下文。
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on KH Building Supplies’s part.
- A 10% handling fee may apply if the entire order is returned. Exceptions to this policy are listed below.
- 不可退换商品 Non-Returnable Items
- 已开封、损坏、使用过、不符合再销售条件或缺少原始收据的商品，不接受退换。
- Items that are opened, damaged, used, not in resalable condition, or missing the original receipt are not eligible for return or exchange.
- 例外情况 Exceptions
- 瓷砖、马赛克和地板：
- 由于色号和批次差异，购买超过30天的瓷砖、马赛克和地板不接受退货。
- 最终特卖商品：
- 木材、油漆产品（包括调色和未调色）、淋浴门、浴缸、浴室柜、淋浴墙板、清仓和促销商品、特殊订购商品，以及任何剪裁定制或改动的产品，均为最终销售，不可退换。
- 温度敏感商品：
- 所有液体、流体和膏状材料（如瓷砖胶、硅胶、填缝剂、腻子、木材填充剂等）在冬季期间（11月1日至次年5月1日）因存在冻结风险，售出即为最终销售，不可退换。
- Tiles, Mosaics and Floor: Cannot be returned if purchased over 14 days ago due to variations in shade and batch.
- Final Sale Items: Spruces, paint products (tinted and non-tinted), shower doors, bathtubs, vanities, shower panels, clearance and sales items, special orders, and any cut-to-length or modified products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Temperature-Sensitive Products: All liquid, fluid, and paste materials (e.g., tile glue, silicones, caulking, compound, wood filler) are final sale during winter months (Nov 1 – May 1) due to potential freezing.

- 凯辉建材不对产品安装效果做出保证或担保，因施工条件及做法因人而异。
- 购买瓷砖与马赛克时，请一次性购买足够数量，以确保色号和尺寸一致。在安装前请检查所有商品的尺寸、颜色和质量。
- 安装后或超出退货期限后提出的索赔请求将不予受理。
- Please confirm product size and specifications prior to purchase. Consult a professional if needed, as we cannot assume responsibility for incorrect size or improper use.
- KH Building Supplies does not guarantee or warrant product installation, as installation practices and conditions may vary.
- For tiles and mosaics, purchase the necessary square footage in a single order to ensure consistent shade and size. Inspect size, color, and quality before installation.
- Claims post-installation or outside the return window will not be accepted.
